PS3 BLU RAY BIG PROBLEM HELP PLZZZZ…….?

I just got my new ps3 slim and i hooked it up with the HDMI cable all fine then i put game in worked perfctly but then i tryed putting blu ray disc in worked at the begging all the fbi shit like dont copy movie and 20th centry fox then the screen goes blank says no signel then i hook it up with scart lead and it works fukin annoying because i only bought it to watch blu ray movies andd playy games and i tryed restoring the ps3.i dindnt do software up date because it doesnt need one and its really pissing me off the tv has a HDMI port but only blu ray movies wont work.
what i find wierd is that it workezz at begging but then cutzz of plzz helpp me i tryed calling ps3 helpline 2 fukin expensive wasted all my credit b4 they answering my quistion.. (its brand newwww) i tryed skipping 2 main menu just goes blank no signal.Tryed holding the on and off buttin for 5 seconds 2 restore screen still didnt work.

Ok well 2 options bud… update the system see if that works….or since its new go take it back to the store and get a new one…
